Agreement and operator

Good Citizenship Group operates the Portal. In these Terms, “Portal,” “service,” “we,” and “user” refer to the Croatian Citizenship Portal, its operator, and people using it. By using the website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

What the Portal provides

The Portal helps authorized clients review case requirements and statuses, provide supporting documents, and receive case-related updates.

• The Portal is not a Croatian government system.
• It does not itself file or decide a citizenship application.
• Information in the Portal is not a guarantee of eligibility, approval, result, or timing.
• It does not replace official correspondence or individualized legal advice.

Eligibility and access

• Access is for authorized users with an account connected to a case and may be invitation-only.
• The operator may refuse or revoke access when appropriate and lawful.
• The operator and counsel will confirm any minimum-age or capacity requirements before launch.

Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and do not share an account.
• Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent allowed by law.

Case information and documents

• You must have the right to upload submitted documents. Uploads must be relevant, lawful, and free of malicious content.
• Do not upload malware, executable content, fraudulent records, or another person’s information without authority.
• The operator may reject files that fail validation or verification.
• Uploaded, processing, or ready describes technical Portal status, not legal sufficiency or government acceptance.

Notifications

Notifications are a convenience. Delivery may be delayed, interrupted, duplicated, or affected by device settings and third-party push services. You remain responsible for reviewing official messages and meeting applicable deadlines.

Acceptable use

• Do not access accounts without authorization, impersonate users, probe security, disrupt the service, scrape, or automate abuse.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious material, or attempt to access another user’s case or documents.
• Do not use the service in violation of law. This clause does not restrict ordinary accessibility tools, search engines on public pages, or legally protected activity.

Availability and changes

The operator may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of third-party or network events. Where reasonable, material user-facing changes will be communicated.

Third-party services and app stores

The service relies on third-party infrastructure. Downloads through Apple or Google may also be subject to their terms. These Terms do not make you agree directly to private vendor contracts you cannot see.

Intellectual property

The operator or its licensors own the website, app, mark, copy, and software. You retain rights in documents and information you provide, and grant only the rights needed to host, verify, process, display, and deliver that content through the service.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or ended where appropriate and lawful. You may stop using the service. Account termination, deletion, and retention are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The operator and counsel will add jurisdiction-appropriate language about service availability, informational case status, liability limits, and any indemnity provision that lawfully fits the operator’s relationship with clients.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Changes to these Terms

Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
